Edward Road

The property behind the Edward Road Design, this flat was the first property I owned and the first project I did on my own. It had long been a neglected rental flat and needed a lot of love. Over four years I replaced the bathroom and kitchen, reinstated the fireplace, painted every surface, replaced the front sash windows and also did loads of gardening.
